CHEF's Choice of 10 Meals: Lunch or Dinner


Our Chef will choose your meals to help complete a balanced menu to achieve fuel weight loss, increase performance or improve your health.   


You will receive 2 of each main dish listed in this weeks menu. A complete 5 days of lunch and dinner (2 meals per day).

Choose your protein size:

          4 oz

          6 oz

          8 oz

Choose your Carbohydrates option:

          Reg carbohydrates- Grains, starchy vegetable, legume, rice         

          Low carbohydrates and double up on veggies  (+$8) . 

Dont forget to add your snacks!  Choose 2 or 5 snacks per week with your meal plan.  You can add additional  snacks à la carte.  




Reusable bags that can be rotated out every week, so your food always stays fresh.


Return your cooler bags and ice packs to our friendly delivery drivers or leave at door step on your next delivery!

  • Refrigerators should be set to maintain a temperature of 40'F or below to ensure maximum shelf life. Due to warm weather, food should not be consumed if left out for more than 2 hrs.
