WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING?


All orders need to be placed by Thursday midnight for guaranteed delivery or pick up for the following Sunday or Monday.




HOW DO I CHOOSE MY MEALS FOR MEAL PLANS?


Meal Plans are a set menu that will be automatically choosen for you. We will make sure you will get variety of meals from our weekly menu.




HOW DOES MACROBOX MEALS SERVICE WORKS?


Order online or call by phone. Choose your delivery (SUN OR MON) or Sunday free pick up How It Works: Choose Your Meal – Individual Meals or Meal Plans We Prep and Cook – The Macrobox Team does the shopping, prepping, cooking, cleaning, and macro-calculating for you! Deliver or Pick-Up – Available Sunday or Monday for delivery or pick-up ¡Bon Appetit! – Heat for 2-3 minutes in the microwave or 5-10 minutes on the stovetop and enjoy!

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?


No, our delivery drivers will ring and text to let you know when your meals have be delivered. All meals are package in our insulated bags with ice packs. Please refrigerate soon as possible to guarantee freshness. If you have a special instruction for delivery please add them in “special instruction” in red at checkout. Please do not forget to add apartment number or access code for buildings. A $10 re-attempt delivery fee will be charged due to inability to access your home/building. Feel Free to call us if you have any problems with your delivery.




CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?


Yes, Email or call us before Saturday afternoon.




WHAT DO I DO WITH ALL MY EMPTY COOLER BAGS AND ICE PACKS?


Please leave the cooler bag and ice packs out the night before your next delivery. Your driver will take the empty cooler bags with the ice blocks and reuse for the following week. Also, we ask that you please recycle the empty meal containers. Meals containers are dishwasher safe and can also be reused for your storage. Should you decide to rinse out and return empty containers to us, we will donate them to a local charity to be repurposed for homeless meals.




THIS A SUBSCRIPTION BASED PROGRAM?


No, our plans are paid by weekly basis. No commitment . We do offer monthly and weekly subscriptions with a discount, contact us for more details.




IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?


No minimum order. Delivery fee is subjected to charge




HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHANGE YOUR MENU?


Menu changes every week so you don't get bored!




ARE THE MACRONUTRIENTS ON THE LABELS?


Yes, each meal will have the macronutrients of the Calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats & heating instructions. You can also view the macronutrients on our menu online.




WHAT ARE YOUR PORTIONS?


We have three protein options : 4oz, 6oz, 8oz. Then you can choose from “Regular” that contains 2oz vegetables and 3-4oz carbohydrate and “Low carbohydrate” which has double the veggies which contains 4-5oz vegetables.




WHICH PROTEIN SIZE SHOULD I PICK?


This depends on your activity level, gender, weight and goals. We typically suggest that moderately active female that would like to lose weight eat 4oz protein portion. Highly active females that would like to gain muscles, the 6oz protein size is recommended. Moderately active males that would like to lose weight the 6oz protein is recommended. Highly active males that would like to gain muscle mass, we suggest the 8oz protein size. Theses are suggested sizes and should consult a nutritionist.




WHAT PERCENTAGE OF PROTEIN, CARBOHYDRATE AND FAT IS CONTAINED IN YOUR MEALS?


Our program plans average about 20-25% lean protein, 20-25% healthy fat and 50-60% carbohydrates.




I HAVE ALLERGIES, CAN I STILL ORDER?


We try our best to accommodate food preference and to food allergies but our meals commonly contain dairy, eggs, nuts, or fish. If you’re allergic to any of these items, you should know that while we make every effort not to do so, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your other meals.




HOW DO I CANCEL?


You can cancel 48 hours in advance before Friday the following delivery days. We cannot guarantee cancellation after that. For a full refund, orders must be cancelled before thursday night PST. Orders that are cancelled after the allotted time will be subject to credit.




CAN I FREEZE MY MEALS?


You can freeze most of our meals. We suggest to wrap in cellophane before freezing.




HOW DO YOU HEAT YOUR MEALS?


Meals can be eaten hot or cold and can be heated up by microwave for 90 - 120 seconds or stove top for 4-5 minutes.
