You will receive 5 mixes of the breakfast and one of each main dish listed in this weeks menu

Low carbohydrates and double up on veggies (+$4) .
Breakfast does not have low carbohydrate options.
Don't forget to add your snacks! Choose 2 or 5 snacks per week with your meal plan. You can add additional snacks à la carte.

Refrigerators should be set to maintain a temperature of 40'F or below to ensure maximum shelf life. Due to warm weather, food should not be consumed if left out for more than 2 hrs.
