What is the deadline for placing an order with Macrobox MealsAll orders must be placed by Thursday, midnight to guarantee delivery or pick-ups (Sunday only) for Sunday or Monday. This allows us to ensure that all meals are prepared, packed, and delivered on time for our customers to enjoy fresh, delicious, and nutritious meals for the upcoming week.

What are the delivery options and areas covered by Macrobox MealsMacrobox Meals offers delivery services in Orange County, Los Angeles, and Inland Empire. LA and IE only offer delivery only on Sundays. The delivery windows are Sunday and Monday from 8AM to 2PM. This allows our customers to receive their freshly prepared meals at their convenience within these specified areas and times.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?No, our delivery drivers will ring and text to let you know when your meals have been delivered. All meals are packaged in our insulated bags with ice packs to maintain temperature and freshness during delivery. Upon receipt, we recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as possible to guarantee their freshness. For specific delivery instructions, you can add them in the "special instruction" section at checkout.

WHAT DO I DO WITH ALL MY EMPTY COOLER BAGS AND ICE PACKS?Please leave the cooler bag and ice packs out before your next delivery. Your driver will take the empty cooler bags/ice packs and we will rotate them out the following week.

How often does Macrobox Meals change its menu offeringsA: At Macrobox Meals, we believe in keeping things fresh and exciting for our customers. That's why we change our menu every week, so you don't get bored with the same meal options. Our rotating menu ensures that you have a wide variety of delicious and nutritious meals to choose from, making it easy to maintain a healthy and balanced diet without sacrificing taste or variety.

ARE THE MACRONUTRIENTS ON THE LABELS?Yes, each meal will have the macronutrients of the Calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats & heating instructions. You can also view the macronutrients on our menu online.

WHAT ARE YOUR PORTIONS?We have three protein options : 4oz, 6oz, 8oz. Then you can choose from “Regular” that contains 2oz vegetables and 3-4oz carbohydrate and “Low carbohydrate” which has double the veggies which contains 4-5oz vegetables.

WHICH PROTEIN SIZE SHOULD I PICK?At Macrobox Meals, we understand that portion sizes can vary based on factors such as activity level, gender, weight, and goals. For moderately active females looking to lose weight, we recommend a 4oz portion of protein. For highly active females striving to gain muscle, we suggest the 6oz protein size. Moderately active males aiming to lose weight are encouraged to order the 6oz protein portion. It's important to consider your individual needs and consult with a nutritionist or health professional if you have specific dietary requirements.

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF PROTEIN, CARBOHYDRATE AND FAT IS CONTAINED IN YOUR MEALS?"Our program plans average about 20-25% lean protein, 20-25% healthy fat and 50-60% carbohydrates.

I HAVE ALLERGIES, CAN I STILL ORDER?"We try our best to accommodate food preference and to food allergies but our meals commonly contain dairy, eggs, nuts, or fish. If you’re allergic to any of these items, you should know that while we make every effort not to do so, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your other meals.

HOW DO I CANCEL?o cancel your meal delivery order with Macrobox Meals, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance before the next delivery day, which is typically Friday. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this deadline. For a full refund, orders must be cancelled before Thursday night PST. Orders that are cancelled after the allotted time will be subject to credit. Additionally, if you have a subscription with us, you must cancel your order before it has been processed to ensure the cancellation is successful.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEALS?You can freeze most of our meals. We suggest to wrap in cellophane before freezing.

HOW DO YOU HEAT YOUR MEALS?Meals can be eaten hot or cold and can be heated up by microwave for 90 - 120 seconds or stove top for 4-5 minutes.

DO YOU RECYCLE FOOD CONTAINERS?We do not accept meal containers and ask for you to dispose or reuse the containers for yourself. Our Meal containers are 100% BPA and microwave safe.

What do we do with the cooler bags and ice packs after delivery?Please leave cooler bags and ice packs outside your front door and we will rotate them out on next delivery. If you decide to not order from us anymore, please use bag as your personal use.
